1) When will the Pre-ordered Products arrive? Can you please notify me when the goods arrive?

Normally it takes about 10-14 working days, or as stated on the "Order" page.  An email notification will be sent out when the goods arrive, and an email notification will be sent out when the product is shipped.  Please kindly wait with patience!

2) What is the difference between the two payment methods of Credit Card and PayPal?

PayPal can be used for payment with a variety of credit cards (if you use a credit card to pay, please choose PayPal).  After landing on the "Payment" page, just fill in your personal information, address and credit card information for further payment processing.

3) How to contact the store owner?

If you have any questions about your order, you can directly WhatsApp the Customer Service Team for inquiry.

4) If I ordered the wrong product or am not satisfied with it, can I directly exchange it for other products?

Except for goods with quality problems, Returns and Exchanges services are not provided.  Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges terms for details.

5) What should I do if the goods I receive are damaged or defective?

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt, and a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.

6) The payment has been completed, when will the goods be delivered?

Members can log in to their account any time to check the status of their orders.  If "Payment Completed" is displayed, it means the payment has been received.
