Return Policy

Thanks for supporting British Berry!


Our goods go through a careful inspection process before delivery.  Customers are advised to check their goods within 3 days of receipt.



Returns Policy


We provide return service but do not accept exchanges.


Returns request will not be entertained in the following circumstances:


1. Goods that have been washed, used or damaged due to personal reasons;

2. Absence of the original product packaging labels or/and tags;

3. Issues that are not related to quality;

4. Personal preferences; and

5. Exceed the time limit for returns request.


Returns due to quality issues


If your product needs to be returned due to quality issues, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.  Customers please choose SF Express to return the products concerned and we will bear the freight.


The following are not quality issues, including -

1) Colour difference between the photos and the actual product in view of differences in lighting, computer monitor colours, or personal understanding of colours.

2) Differences among manual measurements, or differences in measurements among batches of products, or the use of different measurement standards



Pick-up Deadline


Please pick up your orders within 3 months' notification of arrival.  For overdue goods, we will dispose of the goods with no further notice.

If the goods are not picked up after the due date, the store will dispose of the goods by itself.
